ABOUT GROWL RACING
WHERE IT ALL STARTED
The icy white 1981 TF Cortina, which was the motivation behind the creation of Growl Racing, has been a labour of love for owner Chris Morris for over two decades.
Following the most recent modification to the Cortina, (the conversion of an FG XR6 Turbo Barra engine), a group was formed to accommodate the immense interest from friends, family and social media followers as to the progress of the build. Growl Racing is now homage to the Cortina, whilst creating an opportunity for likeminded enthusiasts to socialise. Members benefit from the coordination of auto events and sharing in the wealth of knowledge across the group.
Growl Racing continues to grow with active members hitting the road for track days, shows, cruises and meets. The club's members are some of the friendliest and most relaxed people in the car community.
